Auto Attendant SpRobot Is a system for processing incoming phone calls using the voice menu (IVR). The system allows you to reduce the load on the operators who conduct the initial processing of telephone calls. Using the complex, it is possible to create various algorithms for processing incoming calls. Main features of SpRobot Auto Attendant:

• Work on analog, GSM- and SIP-lines;
• Round-the-clock processing of incoming calls;
• Multilevel voice menu (IVR);
• Connection of the subscriber with the employee or department, bypassing the operator (for redirection it is necessary that the SpRecord device is connected to the PBX internal line) *;
• Control of calling an internal number (the auto attendant distinguishes the result of the connection: busy, does not answer or the called subscriber has picked up the phone) *;
• Various processing algorithms depending on the day of the week and time of day;
• Reference service (autoinformer);
• Simultaneous execution of several voice menus on telephone channels;
• Work with voice mail via phone or computer;
• Multi-user interface with access rights delineation;
• Management of an auto attendant through an IP network (local, Internet);
• Execution of SQL queries to user databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MS Access, MS Excel, text files, etc.);
• Execution of Visual Basic scripts.
