«Simple calls» - a program linking the PBX (or a regular phone to Android) and the customer base. You get a call center without buying expensive software and hardware. • Tells which customer is calling. The customer card appears in the CRM system immediately after the first call, even before the employee picked up the phone.
• Dials the number directly from the CRM system. You no longer press the number buttons on the phone. Just click on the phone number in the CRM system - "Simple calls" themselves dial the number!
• Saves the phone conversation log on the customer card in the CRM system and allows you to listen to the conversations records (available only for PBX models that support this feature).
