Information-analytical system Dispatcher (IAS Dispatcher) Is designed to automate the work of the dispatching service of housing and communal services in the field of receiving applications from the public for any type of work and monitoring their implementation. The system allows you to keep the application logs in electronic form, to make a sound recording of telephone conversations, to print out orders, to mark the execution of applications, and also to form various reports on incoming applications.
Bulk data entry

For rapid initial filling of the database with address information, tools for mass entry of settlements, streets, houses and apartments are provided. Data is entered into several records at once, which makes it possible to generate an address database in the shortest possible time.
Importing data

The initial input of address information can also be performed using the tool for importing files of different formats. As a result of the import function, all directories are immediately filled in: settlements, streets, houses and apartments. There is also a tool for importing debt data, which can be used to decide whether to accept an application.
Acceptance of applications

The system provides for keeping the application logs separately for each specialization. For each application, you can specify addresses of different kinds: Apartment, House, Street or just a settlement. And also it is possible to specify only the name of the object, if it is not attached to any address. When entering an order, it is possible to specify the planned date and time for repairing the malfunction or performing the work.

Voice recording of a conversation
The system works with any kind of voice modems, which allows recording in the database of a telephone conversation between the dispatcher and the applicant. You can also work without a modem, in which case you need to connect an audio cable from the phone or the telephone exchange to the computer's input.
Printing outfits

A handy printing tool for uncompleted applications has been implemented, in which the necessary building parameters are set, such as the application log, the name of the relevant working profession, the time interval for the receipt of applications, and the possibility of multiple selection of several applications from the received list.
Dressing

The system offers two ways to enter completed orders. The first method allows to mark execution or non-fulfillment of each application separately. The second - provides for automatic entry of a mark on the performance in the selected outfit immediately for all orders of the order. Both methods provide for the introduction of comments on the implementation of each application, as well as the possibility of marking the application as "visited ".
