A convenient and flexible system for setting tariffs. Different tariffs for different types of work. Tariffs can be automatically changed depending on the day of the week, time of day, duration of the session, a group of computers. There is a system of tariffs for assessing Internet traffic. It is possible to work with season tickets of various types.
Each permanent user in the system has his own account, which shows the entire history of mutual settlements with the user and the final balance. It is possible to use club cards, individual discounts and various ways of mutual settlements with customers. Customer identification can be done by reading a barcode from his club card using a barcode scanner.
Management receives detailed and accurate information about the financial side of accounting. At any given time, the exact amount of money is known at the cash desk, and at the end of the shift, a detailed report is prepared on all the transactions with money.
With the help of the system of sharing data access and reports, the head can adjust the rights of each employee. There are both ways to protect computers from overly "inquisitive" users and means of fighting unscrupulous administrators.
