MAPILab Rules - program for creating rules for processing incoming
MAPILab Rules - program for creating rules for processing incoming messages in Microsoft® Exchange Server and Small Business Server 2000/2003 on the server side. The product provides much more features than the built-in tools Exchange and Outlook, supports any type of messages and operates on a completely different technology.
The functional opportunities that our product provides today can only be achieved through the use of solutions tailor-made. Also, in addition to the functionality, MAPILab Rules for Exchange Has a number of serious advantages:
- Ease of use . The program is as easy to use as the Master of Rules in Microsoft® Outlook®. The familiar interface of the Rules Wizard allows you to create rules and manage them to any competent user!
- No more scripts! Forget about scripts, debugging and testing! Now any rule can be created with a few mouse clicks. However, migration to MAPILab Rules for Exchange does not at all require the abandonment of existing script-based solutions.
- Compatibility . MAPILab Rules for Exchange rules are executed prior to the server rules created in Microsoft Outlook and even more so to the rules executed on the client side. A special server-side message filter manager will provide painless integration even in the most complex systems, where additional server software is already installed, such as antivirus, anti-spam, content filters, etc.
- Payback . Our product pays for itself very quickly: the system administrator no longer has to spend time searching for scripts, adapting them, debugging and deploying them. And at the same time, you also get a significant reduction in the cost of maintaining an expanded solution!
- Administration The MAPILab Rules for Exchange is administered using an application that integrates with the Exchange System Manager in the Tools branch.
MAPILab Rules for Exchange Represents the rules in the form of a list, the order in which you can change. When processing messages, the rules are applied from top to bottom.
Notes for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 users with Service Pack 1 installed: MAPILab Rules for Exchange may stop processing messages after you restart the computer or the Microsoft® Exchange Information Store service.
