Subscription provides product renewal for 1 year, technical support (by phone, email and on the Kerio technical forum), updating of anti-virus databases (for the version including the anti-virus module). Software Maintenance (SWM) Is a license to support Kerio software, providing access to the most current versions of products and security updates. If you have a valid SWM license, the user can install any released patch or version of Kerio products. The license is unlimited and you can continue using it even with an expired subscription. However, after the subscription expires, the following advantages are lost: - the ability to switch to new versions of the product released after the subscription expires; - the opportunity to receive technical support. Moreover, after the subscription expires, some important functions are disabled: - the integrated anti-virus will stop working 60 days after the subscription expires; - Web Filter will stop working; - ActiveSync will stop working; - IPS / IDS updates will stop.
