Every time you print documents using your programs, information is sent to the print queue before it is sent to the printer. If you are printing multiple documents, they form the print queue. In the process of sending documents for printing, you can easily make mistakes and send the wrong document or document with wrong print settings (page size / orientation, color, etc.). As a result, you often print unnecessary documents, and this consumes a lot of paper and ink.
