DockPartner - a convenient program for accounting for internal documents and correspondence. The program allows:
- Keep records of internal documents (orders, orders, etc.).
- Keep records of incoming / outgoing correspondence (faxes, e-mails, mail letters, etc.).
- Create vivid and useful reports. With the help of the program you will be able to assign a list of those responsible for coordinating the documents with subsequent tracking of the status with notification of agreement. DocPartner "Is designed for professionals whose work is related to documents and allows to simplify the accounting and control of documents and correspondence. Key functions of the program:

• Register of internal documents. The "Internal Documents" tab contains a list of arbitrary documents that you enter into the program. You can distribute documents to different folders, and search for the required document, and export documents to MS Excel or print.
• The register of outgoing and incoming correspondence. The "Correspondence" tab contains a list of incoming and outgoing correspondence (faxes, e-mails, mail letters, etc.), which can be divided into folders.
• Harmonization. The program allows you to monitor the coordination of incoming (outgoing) correspondence, if required by the essence of the document.
• Reports On the "Reports" tab you can generate various useful reports with further export (MS Excel, HTML) or print. The list of reports is shown in the figure below. The correspondence report shows the list of documents entered into the database, defined as correspondence (incoming and outgoing). You can filter the correspondence list by different parameters.
• Directories The program includes a group of directories where you can enter the most frequently used information: about senders and recipients (as well as contacts and other data), about types of contacts, about posts, about organizations, types of documents, divisions.
• Networking The program allows you to work with a common database in multi-user mode, i.e. Work with one database to multiple users simultaneously over a network. Each user can have their own access rights.
