Quick Templates for Outlook

The Quick Templates add-in is designed to quickly insert text templates into Microsoft Outlook email messages. The program allows you to create a list of templates and assign individual key combinations to elements, when you press them, the text of the template will be inserted into the mail message.
When conducting an active correspondence, it often requires the recruitment of a frequently recurring text, which takes up a significant amount of time and effort. Using Quick Templates, you can easily solve this problem and save yourself from unnecessary hassle.
QTE adds a combo box with a list of templates to the standard toolbar and two buttons. To save the selected text in the template list, you just need to click the "Add " button on the toolbar or use a combination - the selected text will be added to the list with the automatically generated name for it. And to change the name of the template or its text, you can call the editor by clicking the "Edit " button located behind the "Add " button.
Note . If you are using Microsoft Word to edit messages, then in the window of editing the Outlook message, instead of buttons and menus, a separate toolbar is created, on which both "Add " and "Edit " buttons are located, and all menu items QTE.
The plugin does not need additional settings - after installation it is ready to work immediately.
