Live Signatures

The program "Live Signatures" is a simple and convenient tool for automatic substitution of actual data in sent messages. An extensible set of macros will allow you to automatically insert text from emails or local files into e-mails, use variable signatures in letters, enrich letters with the statements of famous people (or your own). Thanks to the macro system, you can insert auto-text or captions only in the desired letters, or all, if you enable the Live Signatures macro in the Microsoft Outlook signature. In addition, Live Signatures provides the ability to expand the number of macros by creating or connecting them. The features of the program are not limited to simply adding a corporate signature to the letters. On the basis of Live Signatures you can organize the automatic distribution of company news, sending automatically generated work logs of programs or equipment, weekly sending of price lists or reports. With Live Signatures you get the ability to send e-mails or use changing email data in your email signature, without making any changes when creating a message. Live Signatures does not replace the built-in signature templates in Microsoft Outlook, but extends their capabilities and "animates" them: you can add Live Signatures macros to your Microsoft Outlook signature templates. Live Signatures works with all types of Microsoft Outlook message editors and supports all formats of letters (HTML, Plain Text, RTF). The data source can be any e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook (including messages in public folders of Microsoft Exchange Server), as well as a file saved on a local disk or in a shared folder.
List of macros
The current version of the program contains the following types of macros:

• % DISCLAIMER% - Allows you to include in the email data from a file or an e-mail.
• % TIME% - Allows you to include the current time in the message.
• % DATE% - Allows you to include the current date in the email.
• % QUOTE% - Allows you to include in the letter a randomly selected quote (string) from the data file.
• % WINAMP% - Allows you to include in the text of the letter the name of the currently playing WinAmp (or other based on it) track.

In the future, this list can be expanded by adding new types of macros written by the user of the program, and by our company. Due to such extensibility of Live Signatures, other macros scenarios are possible, other than plain text substitution.
