Investment analysis

Program "Investment analysis" Is designed to assess the effectiveness of investment projects.

The program allows you to calculate the effect of:
- Commissioning of a new production.
- Substitution of obsolete equipment for a new one in order to increase sales and improve the quality of products.
- Increase in output and (or) expansion of the market of services offered.
- Any other investment of funds. The program allows not only to calculate the effect of the introduction of certain innovations, expansion of production, etc., but also in the calculation process (and also at its end) to obtain statistical information on sales volume, fixed assets and non-current assets, personnel, costs, Financial investments, etc.

The program allows you to calculate and analyze in the dynamics the following groups of performance indicators of investment projects:
- Indicators of commercial (financial) efficiency, taking into account the financial implications of the project for its immediate participants.
- Indicators of budgetary efficiency, reflecting the consequences of the implementation of the investment project on the federal, regional and local budgets.
- Indicators of economic efficiency, reflecting the costs and results of the project and taking into account both the interests of its participants, and the interests of the country, region or city.

- Simple payback period of the project.
- Discounted payback period of the project.
- The internal rate of return of the project.
- Net cash flow.
- Net discounted income.
- The index of profitability.
- Budget efficiency.
- Integral budgetary effect.
- Other indicators that you can calculate yourself using the program's initial data.
