PC "Construction Technologies - SMETA" PIR (Estimate for design and survey work) is a network software product designed to automate the calculation of budget documentation for design and survey work at all stages of design in forms 2-P, 3-P, automatic calculation of estimates for automated process control systems, determination of the cost of measurement and technical Inspection of building structures, determination of the cost of conducting state expertise of design documentation and results of engineering surveys.

Current regulatory framework The structure of the regulatory framework includes collections and reference books of basic prices for design works for new construction of 1991, 1995 and 2001 editions, letters, orders, resolutions, methodological recommendations for determining the cost of design work. The regulatory framework is regularly updated in accordance with changes in legislation.
