Actual Contacts for Outlook

Actual Contacts for Outlook (ACO) - an extension of Microsoft Outlook to support the relevance of the address book. Select the contacts, and ACO sends them a letter with the form, filling out or correcting the data in which the respondents will automatically update information about themselves in your address book.
Tasks that can be solved with ACO:

• Support for the relevance of contacts. This is the main task of the program. To do this, you just need to set the rules and send out the update requests.
• Collection of additional information. Often after the exhibitions and seminars, new contacts appear, for which you can fill only the name and e-mail address. ACO will help you gather the missing information without any effort!
• Simple questioning. Thanks to the flexible configuration of templates, including setting up a list of fields included in the query, the program can be used as a simple questionnaire.
• Update your contact from the respondents. In a letter with a request, you can include information about yourself in the VCard format, which is easily imported into contacts by almost all email programs and mobile devices.

• Compatibility. By contact fields, a normal letter with an HTML form is generated, which is sent to the e-mail address from the contact. If your respondent's e-mail program supports HTML, then it can correct data about yourself in the form fields and send them back. Regardless of whether it works under Windows, under Linux or under the Macintosh - only very-very old text-based e-mail programs did not support HTML.
• The Internet is not needed! You and your respondent do not need access to the Internet, but only access to e-mail is needed. This is an important point if you are dealing with organizations where access to the Internet can be restricted for security reasons.
• Confidentiality. Your data is not transferred to either MAPILab or any other company. The whole process of updating a contact is the usual exchange of two letters between you and your respondent.
