AeroAdmin

AeroAdmin is an easy-to-use program for connecting to remote computers via the Internet and in a local network. Does not require installation, registration and configuration. It is a small executable file (~ 2 Mb), after which you can start the remote connection immediately.
AeroAdmin is ideal for cases of spontaneous and regular technical support, since it allows you to connect with a minimum number of steps.

How it works?
After startup, AeroAdmin assigns a unique ID number to the computer . This number must be sent to the remote administrator so that he can connect to your computer (similarly with the phone number). The unique number is tied to the hardware configuration and does not change in the future. Connection is also possible on the direct IP address.
Admin enters the client number in the main window and connects to it. When connecting to the client computer, a window will appear in which it can set / restrict the access rights for this admin (screen viewing, management, clipboard synchronization, transfer file and so on) and accept or reject the connection. The session will begin immediately after the client accepts the incoming connection.
AeroAdmin provides 3 factor authentication. In addition to the manual acceptance mode, incoming connections can be received by ID, by password or in a combined mode, which is an undoubted plus to the security of the program. AeroAdmin also blocks all attempts to find a password or a computer ID.
Built-in technical support requests (alarm button)
AeroAdmin is equipped with a system of fast sending of messages from the client to the administrator. This system allows you to send messages containing all the necessary information for connection to the admin's email in two clicks. Messages are sent in the form of tickets, which allows you to process incoming requests in any mail client.
Extended licenses
The AeroAdmin program is free for home and commercial use, however, those who wish to get additional functionality can purchase paid licenses.
