VisualData Production Planning

Program "Production planning" Is designed to improve the efficiency of enterprise management by automating the processes of creating work schedules with subsequent monitoring of their implementation, using visual data presentation forms. The program is addressed to managers and planning and production departments of enterprises, primarily the construction industry, although it can be used in other sectors of the economy.
At the moment, the program "Production Planning" can:

• Automate and visually visualize in the form of graphs the conduct of the production activity of the enterprise under the Contracts with the customer for construction projects and objects (projects) of an arbitrary organizational structure;
• Form the work sheet of the Contract with the customer manually or on the basis of the existing local estimate imported in electronic form from any budget program;
• Simple and convenient visual means to turn the work sheet of the Contract into a work schedule in the traditional form of the Gantt chart;
• On the basis of the calendar plan, automatically generate plans and schedules for the resource components of the project.
• In a visual graphic form, visualize the progress of the work under the Treaty with the proportional allocation of the delay / advance areas in the schedule in volume and value terms;
• Ensure the convenience of entering the volume of work performed at random intervals in the form of certificates of work that reflect the operational state of production;
• Automatically group information from the certificates of compliance in the Act of Completed Works (forms KS-2, KS-3, M-29).
• To provide an operative correction of the terms of execution and resource components of the work in accordance with the unforeseeably arisen production needs;
• Automatically generate summary schedules, execution schedules and financial results for the enterprise as a whole;
