Automated Cadastral Office

Product Cadastral Office Is intended for creating land information and cadastral systems for various purposes and consists of several user applications that work in the GIS MapInfo and Microsoft Office environment. The user is offered a full set of tools for processing information obtained during land surveying and preparation of land surveying, desk processing of land inventory data and land management, creation and maintenance of subject-oriented geoinformation systems and a set of paper output documents.

The cadastral office provides the following functions:

• Processing of field measurements;
• Formation of a graphic database;
• The organization of a database;
• Automatic creation of cadastral maps in accordance with the requirements of GOST;
• Preparation of output documents;
• Exchange of data with other government bodies.

The information on the inventory objects is divided into 5 layers:

• Land plots or boundaries;
• Borders;
• communications;
• Real estate objects;
• Other land.
