The "Utilities" program is designed to automate settlements with the population in resource-supplying organizations, management companies, HOAs, HBCs, and the like.
All options for settlements for cold and hot water supply, sanitation, heating, rent, garbage and other services (according to norms, meters, common house meters, etc.) are implemented, as well as calculation of penalties and accounting of controllers.
The program since 2005 is used in the housing and utilities enterprises of the Krasnodar, Stavropol Territories, Rostov, Chelyabinsk regions and other regions of the Russian Federation. Written on Visual FoxPro.
