"SiMed-Clinic" Fully supports the conduct of preliminary and periodic medical examinations in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of 12.04.2011, No. 302n, including the processing of applications of employers' organizations and the preparation of a complete set of documentation. The basic module of the product allows:

• Maintain patient database. When you reapply, you do not need to waste time entering data.

The SiMed database supplied with the product:

• Contains complete lists of medical specialists, laboratory and functional studies for each harmful factor and type of work (order 302n).

The module "Education" allows you to organize the work of the registry when conducting preliminary and periodic medical examinations in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of 12.04.2011 № 302n:

• Contains full lists of surveys for each harmful factor and type of work in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of 12.04.2011, № 302n.

• Simplifies and accelerates the processing of collective applications of employers' organizations for the passage of medical examinations.
• It allows processing both preliminary (for work places) and name-based applications of employers' organizations.
• Forms and prints a complete set of medical records for all employees of the organization on the basis of a roll-call application (for out-of-office examination).
• Automatically generates a cost estimate for an employer organization's application based on the harmful factors affecting each employee.
• Automatically forms the final act for the employer on the basis of preliminary and periodic medical examinations.

Supplementary package "Help" provides preparation and printing of a full set of medical records for medical examinations (medical commissions):

All SyMed-Clinic modules have unique options for printing documents with support for two-sided printing, multilayer printers, complex printing of customized document packages.

The licensing procedure:

• The license is purchased for each workplace for a period of one year. In addition, licenses for terminal connections can be purchased (with the use of the product SyMed-Clinic on the terminal server). The cost of renewing the license (including terminal license) for any edition of SiMed-Clinic for the next year is equal to the cost of the basic product module at the time of the license renewal.
• After installation, the product works in trial mode and allows you to familiarize yourself with all the features of the software modules, limiting only the number of patients in the database - no more than 20. You can use the trial version within 30 days to get acquainted with the capabilities of the product.
• After acquiring the license, you get an activation key, which translates the trial version into a full-featured one (the set of activated modules is determined by the activation key). The activation key is attached to the computer and some parameters of the operating system. When you change the computer (and in some cases, when reinstalling the operating system), you may request a duplicate activation key (no more than 3 duplicates per license).
