Video Consultant

Video communication program Video Consultant Works in tandem with information kiosks and can be integrated into payment terminals, tablet computers, etc. It is intended for operative connection of the visitor (client) with the consultant from the information kiosk or other multimedia device. Solved problems:

The program consists of two independent modules. The video module is the Video Consultant client program and the Video Consultant operator module is installed locally on the consultant's computer. The program is installed on a remote computer (information kiosk). Video and audio communication is performed with the operator through a browser or software shell, from the HTML page of the local information system. When you click on the web button on the HTML page, the operator is associated with the operator inherent to this button. For each operator, a button is assigned. Communication is performed with different operators separately, which have the Video Consultant operator program installed.
