Like the recently discovered Skulls, METAL Gear.A also inserts a deep version of Cabir into the machine. Once this has been done, it can turn off anti-virus and file-browsing applications. "If you download METAL Gear.A or SEXXXY, it will be very difficult to fix the consequences," said SimWorks CEO Aaron Davidson. "This Trojan can disable all the tools on the phone that the user needs to fix the damage it causes."
