How to fix the reverse date error in Excel

There are many cases when entering date data into Excel will be upset to last month, then to day and year. Even though the user entered the date in the correct order, the results still return the month, day, and year. Step 1:

You open the Excek document that needs to change the date format. As in my example, my date is entered in the format of month, day, and year.

Next, we will Highlight the date format you want to change , click right mouse button and select Format Cells ...

Appears Format Cells interface. In Number tab , you look down the item Category then select Date Look to the right view, item Location , you'll choose Vietnamese (Vietnam) to return to the Vietnamese input language. Soon after, part Type The above will also change the way Added in Vietnamese language . We click on the date type you want to use. Press to save new changes.

Right there, the date format on the Excel data will change according to the format you chose, here is the date, month and year as shown below.
