FastReport VCL

FastReport VCL - A set of components for building reports, is a combination of designer, generator and Preview reports. FastReport VCL 5 - a new generation of report generators for Delphi 7-XE8 and C ++ Builder 2005-XE8, Embarcadero RAD Studio 10 Seattle. Main features of FastReport VCL:

• Band-oriented report generator. A wide selection of band types allows you to build a report of any complexity level.
• The report can contain several pages. You can build a report that contains both the cover, the data, and the back page.
• A lot of objects that can be used in the report: text, image, lines, shapes, diagrams, barcode, pivot table, ole object, richtext object, flag object, gradient.
• Visual report designer with support for scaling, undo / redo, extension lines, rulers. Fully customizable interface, executed in the style of MS Office. You can give your users the ability to independently modify existing reports and create new ones.
• The report can contain data (tables, queries, connections to the database). Thus, you can not only use the data available in your application, but also connect to any database directly from the report. At the moment, the following libraries of database access are supported: ADO, BDE, DBX, IBX, FIBPlus, and many third-party libraries.
• The report can contain dialog forms for requesting information before building a report. You can create standalone reports that are independent of the application!
• Built-in interpreter supporting 4 languages: PascalScript, C ++ Script, BasicScript, JScript. With its help you can perform complex data processing, organize interaction with controls on dialog forms.
• Debugging tools: step-by-step code execution, breakpoints, watches.
• Visual Query Designer. You do not need to know the SQL language to build a complex query from multiple tables.
• Filters export to many formats (PDF, RTF, XLS, XML, HTML, JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, TXT, CSV, Open Document Format).
• Expandable architecture FastReport allows you to create and connect to your report your objects, export filters, functions, wizards, database engines. If you do not have enough opportunities, expand them!
