Second Edition of Human Skull Virus

Second Edition of Human Skull Virus

The second version of the Trojan & quot; Skulls & quot ;, a virus infecting mobile phones, has just been launched onto the Internet. This time, & quot; Skulls.B & quot; Packaged with a new virus also has the effect of attacking mobile devices.

Trojan Skulls.B displays skull images instead of program icons on Symbian mobile devices (including Nokia, Siemens, Panasonic). This ability is also done the same way the first variant of the Skulls.

Virus is Skulls.B & quot; gold face & quot; Cabir, which appeared earlier this year (data from F-Secure). Cabir is capable of attacking mobile devices using the same long-range Bluetooth.

When infected with the Cabir virus, the device will display from & quot; Caribe & quot; on the screen. Cabir will also use the virus code to modify the Symbian operating system, and look for other targets to infect.

According to Symbian, the Trojan Skull only affects mobile phones using Nokia Series 60 software. However, this claim has not been confirmed by security vendors and developers.
