Under the hydraulic system is meant a certain set of connecting and branching pipelines with the expiration devices (sprinklers) installed on them. The configuration of the hydraulic system can be very complicated, including multi-ring or trellised. It is assumed that the system is filled with water (foam solution) and is under the pressure of a water feeder, the number of water outlets from the system (sprinklers) can be arbitrary, the point of water entering the system from the water supply is one, and to each point of connection or branching of pipelines ) No more than four pipes fit, including the sprinkler coupling. The main content of the calculation is the determination of the values of pressures (heads) arising in all nodes of the system and the necessary pressure at the water feeder if all the geometrical parameters of the system and the characteristics of all pipes present in the system are given, and a minimum free head before the sprinklers is provided, which ensures the necessary irrigation intensity. Simultaneously, on the basis of the received heads in the nodes, the calculation of the water flow in all the pipes and at the outflow points is made, as well as the calculation of the water flow rates and verification of their compliance with the norms.
