APEC CRM Lite - A powerful system of customer relationship management, which allows you to centrally structure information about customers, sales, purchases, finances, tasks and personnel. Components of APEK CRM Lite:
  • Contacts - CRM-module containing complete information about customers, suppliers or competitors. Providing access to the entire history of interaction with the counterparty - from communication to payment. A rights distribution system for adjusting who can customize, view and edit information. Grouping and filtering data.
  • Tasks - a module consisting of several subsections (cases and tasks) with which you can create tasks, plan cases and monitor their implementation. It is convenient to tie tasks to the objects of the system: the counterparty, the contact person, the event, the project, the account, the contract and the document.
