Update D32 (15-03-2005) added the Elirt.exe.worm.W32 virus, Elirt.dll.worm.W32, Elirt.ini.worm.W32, Bagle.bj.b.worm.W32, Maslan .c.worm.W32 and Kriz.c.worm.W32, raising the number of D32 identifiers to 800.
Since the D32 version (15-3-2005), the virus database of the D32 software has some important changes.
After running the D32Updat.exe upgrade file, the D32 installation directory will have four new files: eVirusDB.DAT, eVirusDB.IDX, dVirusDB.DAT and dVirusDB.IDX. The .DAT file contains the virus database of the current popular virus groups such as I-worm, Backdoor, Spyware, Trojan horse and Hacktool. .IDX files contain virus index entries, which help D32 increase the scanning speed.
