You use Outlook Express to send e-mails to friends and relatives. Normally, your e-mail will default to the Inbox folder. But now your e-mail is blocked by Yahoo !. Mail mistakenly believed spam and was placed in the Bulk folder.
This will be difficult for the recipient, the recipient can delete your email if not careful review the Bulk e-mail. Because Bulk is a directory that Yahoo! Mail is used to contain spam, so we are less likely to look at e-mails in this folder.
To avoid mis-emailing your friends, relatives ... if you use Yahoo! Mail, before you delete all the e-mail in the Bulk folder, you should review the e-mail to see the e-mail of the acquaintance that was Yahoo! Mail is mistaken for spam.
When sending e-mails using Outlook Express, if your e-mail is Yahoo! Mail into the Bulk, you can do as the experience below to fix. You can also apply to prevent your e-mail from being blocked by Yahoo !. Mail mistaken for spam:
- Subject of the e-mail you should not use words like: hi, test, hello, hey ...
- You should write your e-mail in "Plain Text" instead of "Rich Text" (HTML). To switch to "Plain Text", in the compose window, click on the "Format" menu and select "Plain Text".
- You should not create special effects in e-mail. (Yahoo! Mail is very "e-mail", this e-mail may be considered spam.)
- When you need to compose e-mail with accented Vietnamese, you should prepare it in Word and send it by e-mail. You should not write Vietnamese directly on the e-mail.
