Accounting for emissions and sinks of greenhouse gases

The program "Accounting for emissions and sinks of greenhouse gases " is designed for automated reporting on the inventory data of greenhouse gas emissions and sinks of economic entities in accordance with the standard form approved by the order of Roshydromet of March 23, 2001 № 40, as well as for automated Generation of summary reports on greenhouse gas emissions accounting.
The program consists of three parts:
• Registration of air pollutants
• Accounting of emissions and sinks of greenhouse gases of economic entities
• Reference Information
Input of all information and the formation of tables is carried out consistently in the database "Accounting for emissions and sinks of greenhouse gases of economic entities ":
• The introduction of emissions in Table 3 (hydrofluorocarbons and perfluorocarbons)
• input of emissions in Table 1 (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, sulfur hexafluoride)
• input of the uptake into table 1 (in СО2-equivalent according to source categories)
After the introduction of emissions, the amount of emissions in the CO2 equivalent by source categories is calculated automatically.
Once you have entered the emissions and removals by source category, you can start generating the report tables. To do this, go to the "View Table1 ", "View Table 2 ", "View Table 3 ".
When you exit the look-up tables on demand, reports are generated in the Ms Word editor.
The program implements information on emissions and absorption of greenhouse gases from Excel-filled tables.
In the "Help information " section there are help databases that are used to enter data and prepare tables 1, 2, 3 for viewing.
All the manuals are delivered complete, however, they are open for supplementing and editing data, as each region may have its own features.
• DB "Greenhouse gases and GHG summation groups " contains conversion factors into CO2-equivalent (Global Warming Potential) and adjustment to the summing group.
• DB "Source categories of GHG emissions and sinks " contains names of categories of sources of emissions and sinks of greenhouse gases according to the Procedure approved by order of Roshydromet of March 23, 2001 No. 40 and settings for performing automatic summation and formation of tables 1-3
