The program "Accounting BTI" runs on one or more computers of bureau operators and performs the following main functions:

- Registration of clients (employees), formation and printing of personal cards of employees
- Entering information about stored documents, printing of document labels
- Automatic search for employees and documents by their barcodes. A quick search of documents by name, group, settlement, district, street, etc. is possible.
- Accounting for the issuance and return of documents to employees, reservation of documents with the registration of all transactions in the accounting journal
