Personal Printing

The possibility of safe printing is what many large companies think about, especially accounting, lawyers and the finance department. Very often in companies you can see a printed pack of documents lying on the printer or next to it, and which has not yet been taken away. And what if they are documents of special importance, or tracing the salary of all employees of the company? In this case, confidential information is not protected from outsiders in any way. However, allocating a printer for each employee or, at least for the department, does not completely solve the problem of secure printing, and confidential documents can still get into "unnecessary hands". Thanks to Personal Printing, the printed materials are received only by the employee who sent them to print. This level of protection is achieved by authorizing (several possible ways) the user on the printer, and only then begins printing. Main advantages

Principle of operation: 1. Flexible printing of the user on any printer with a standard print dialog. 2. The print job is sent to the print server and stored there. 3. The user is authorized by the printer (using a contactless smart card and reader, using a mobile device using a QR code or NFC-Tag, some models of Kyocera and Lexmark multifunction devices have full OEM integration of authorization). 4. The print job is sent to the printer where the authorization occurred. The user receives a printout in the original format and with good quality.
