WoTo-MobileTrade - a set of applications designed to automate the process of collecting orders, accounting for mutual settlements and cash transactions, registering customer visits by sales representatives at outlets (Pre-Selling). WoTo-MobileTrade Gives the opportunity to use up-to-date information on stock balances in the warehouse, monitor customer debts, and record the movement of sales representatives using GPS and GSM positioning technology. WoTo-MobileTrade Has an intuitive interface, so it takes a minimum amount of time to train employees. WoTo-MobileTrade includes:

• Server part - is intended for data exchange between the internal accounting system of the customer and mobile applications. Installed on an office computer.
• Mobile part - performs the functions of collection of orders. It can exchange data with the server part both in the office and remotely. Installed on a smartphone / tablet running Android or Windows Mobile.

MAIN FUNCTIONS Mobile part WoTo-MobileTrade Directly provides automation of the sales representative's work in sales outlets. The basic ideology of building a mobile part is that all operations that can be performed without human intervention are performed automatically by the program on the mobile device. This allows you to save the sales representative from performing complex work that requires attention and effort to calculate the cost of the order, taking into account the various discounts for each outlet, the organization of constant control of limits and restrictions in the formation of orders and shipments on credit, tracking the minimum price at a variety of discounts and .P. • Receiving payments - control of customer debt and collection of cash.
