CYDPC - centralized personal-discount composite system. The program specializes in solving global tasks to increase the loyalty of a visitor to an institution to an object or network of facilities. The program affects the personal data of the visitor, such as the full name; birthday; marital status; Interests; a family. Thanks to this, the visitor is able to receive SMS notifications, e-mail delivery, invoices to the QIWI wallet. The card gives the guest a wide range of possibilities that allow him to enjoy a second visit. The main ideas of the CAPA:

Turn the customer card into a "bank" Let the visitor always know what his balance on the map is, that the institution does not forget about his birthday, and also recalls his happy days and promotions.
Construct a "pyramid" . Let the visitor himself bring friends! Why pay for yourself, if for the points accumulated by friends you can drink beer or eat sushi? A pyramid can have up to 100 steps!
Did the visitor forget the card and require a discount? No problem, he will go into his private office with a telephone plate and provide a bar code! This works even if there is no internet in the institution.
Today you want to sell more beer? Organize additional share on alcohol! Let the visitor receive additional points for a dish or group of dishes!
The manager likes to play with discounts? Do you want to avoid this? Just forbid the manager to edit everything, except the card number and personal data of the client! The rest of the system is put automatically.
Basic Rules of the CAPD:
Cash register protocol. Get each Manager their access rights and monitor their errors. You can prevent them from changing everything except the card number and customer data, and look for progress.
Guest terminal. The visitor claims that he was 10 times a week, but still there is no bonus? No problem, bring it to the guest terminal! Let him look at all his actions, and the manager will not need to explain anything.
Control of waiters. You can see the waiters and their "favorites". If the card was used more than 3 times a day and there was always the same waiter, it's easy to find out and punish the waiter.
