Atlansys Security Server Works on the principle of "transparent" encryption of hard disk partitions of servers running MS Windows Server 2003 family with support for Active Directory. Information is encrypted in online mode when writing to a protected disk and decrypted when reading from it. In the disconnected state, the protected disk looks like a normal disk with an unmarked area (the missing partition). The data on the protected disks is stored in an encrypted form and becomes available only when the network administrator activates the disk partition with a unique key and gives the users the appropriate credentials.
