Program "Assistant to the expert" Is designed to maintain a database of customer orders and compiled reports (reports) on the cost of repairs, as well as for automated generation of reports (conclusions) based on templates. Features of the Assistant Auto Expert:

• More than 80 fields for storing the most important information and inserting it into reports;
• Automated reporting on the template greatly simplifies the routine work on the production of the draft report, the report template inserts data on the vehicle, the client, evaluation results, photos, costing in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format;
• Calculation of the percentage of vehicle wear in accordance with regulatory documents and user input;
• The possibility of storing in the database a table for the replaced spare parts using such a table and its various options (in the part of the involved columns) for use in the preparation of reports and expert opinions, importing the spare parts table from a PDF file (Adobe Acrobat);
• Drawing up of current reports, schedules of inspections of the vehicle on the basis of information from the database using the report wizard, where you can specify the required columns for the report and specify order filters;
• Information from the database can be used to create draft contracts, receipts, etc. In relation to a specific client to speed up the workflow and reduce the number of typos that are unavoidable when manually creating such documents.
