Complex of geodetic calculations It is designed to process topographic and geodetic survey data in the office environment, apply the results of calculations to an electronic map and generate report documents. The software included in the geodetic complex allows you to solve most of the tasks facing organizations that are performing fieldwork for drawing up large-scale plans and staging land plots and real estate objects for cadastral registration. The GIS Map 2011 provides a set of functions that are oriented to the processing of geodetic measurements of the terrain made with traditional instruments (theodolites, levels, roulettes) with recording in field journals, and electronic total stations and satellite systems. During processing of the measurements received by any of these means, formation of the accounting statements and mapping of the results of calculations and equalization is performed. To process "raw" measurements, a tabular form of data entry from the field log is provided. The appearance and the order of input are as close as possible to the traditional forms of filling out the field logs, the required fields for input are highlighted in color. Data entry into the tables from digital geodetic devices is performed using the module "Import of geodetic measurements". The program processes data files in the following exchange formats: RAW, SDR 33, R 4, R 5, M 5, REC 500, GTS-600, GTS-7 (GTS-700), 3Ta5, 3Ta5p, MOSS, GSI, DC1 (Pentax ). To load data into the GIS format from pickets from text files with a coordinate description of measuring points, a separate task is provided, it allows you to process already prepared coordinates. As a result, points and their attributes will be presented on the map. Using the functions of the main and geodetic editor, you can create additional points for linear and angular measurements relative to objects already on the map. By pickets in automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode, you can create area, linear, point objects and signatures in accordance with existing conventional icons based on the digital map qualifier. To form contour lines by pickets (points with coordinates X Y H) a special application task and a set of functions of the map editor are designed. Automatic arrangement of signatures of picket heights and creation of signatures of heights of contours in a semi-automatic mode allow to reduce considerably time for registration of topographic plans. To finalize the preparation of the tablets for issuance to the consumer, it is sufficient to cut an arbitrary (custom) electronic card onto tablets of the specified scale and perform inspection, correction, and summary of adjacent sheets. If you need to print cards for printing, the functions are used to automatically form the jagged tablets and prepare large-scale plans for printing. You can obtain a printed copy of the card on any printing device that is standardly installed in the operating system. To fill the land management documentation package in GIS Map 2011, there is a built-in subsystem for the formation of boundary cases. It is necessary and sufficient for the user to have an on-site site (site), a list of attributive data, and a set of templates for reporting documents. The land tenure scheme is formed in an interactive mode, the user is able to specify the composition of the objects, their appearance, the format of the representation of angular and linear quantities, and also to edit the obtained scheme for the report. The program, according to certain rules, automatically selects the necessary data and inserts them into the report on pre-reserved places in the templates. Reports are created in Microsoft Word format, which allows the user additional editing capabilities for received documents. Entering attribute data on land use can be performed both in the semantics of the object, and in a special table "Accounting data ". To associate attributive data with the objects of the map and the formation of a set of documents in the dialog provides a set of control buttons. In the system there is a set of templates of accounting documents in Microsoft Word format, prepared in accordance with the requirements of Roszemkadastra. At the same time, the user has the opportunity to independently develop new templates or perform flexible configuration of existing templates of reporting documents.
