The EJRC 2 program can use a common database with the Geodetic Information System 6 (GIS 6) program.
The register consists of a database of accounts, contracts and acts for the implementation of land-cadastral work, a base for payment orders, a base for tax invoices and a calculation module for estimates.
Account creation can be done manually or automatically from the Geodetic Information System 6 (GIS 6) program. Accounts, contracts, delivery and execution documents and tax invoices are created from the Fast Report 3 templates.
The user is able to adjust both generated documents and document templates, as well as export them to different formats.
The program provides for tracking the implementation of individual stages of work and accounting for received documents from the customer. The budget calculation module allows you to use any price collection and has a convenient window for selecting parameters.
The user is able to create budget templates for different types of work and adjust the list of budget items for a separate account.
The program comes with collections:

The program provides for the creation of ordinary account numbers or triples, which have, in addition to the serial number, the month and department number.
Each account is assigned a unique barcode, which can be printed on documents and used for quick searches using a barcode scanner.
